**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers through online conversations, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing valuable leads for our clients. **Responsibilities**
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses
- Provide in-depth information about arenaflex's products and services, addressing customer concerns and needs
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, driving business growth
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential
- Strong ability to multitask is preferred, with gaming experience being a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor is a must, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment is crucial
**Requirements**
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential
- Strong ability to multitask is preferred, with gaming experience being a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor is a must, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment is crucial
**Available Shifts**
Candidates must be available to work one of the following full-time shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Mondays)
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Wednesdays)
- 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Off on Sundays and Tuesdays)
