As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll help travelers navigate reservations, itinerary updates, and general travel questions while delivering excellent customer service in a flexible, remote environment.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with travel inquiries, reservations, and itinerary updates through phone, email, and chat support
Help resolve travel-related concerns such as schedule changes, accommodations, and booking modifications
Provide helpful travel recommendations and support a positive customer experience
Maintain accurate records and update customer information as needed
Collaborate with team resources and training materials to improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized
Interest in travel, hospitality, or tourism preferred
Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
Requirements
Reliable internet connection and professional workspace
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
