WHAT YOU'LL DO
ExamFX issues 8,000-15,000 certificates per month to individuals who successfully complete our online and virtual coursework. Because our industry is regulated at the state level, we must comply with multiple requirements from multiple jurisdictions with regard to student certification, processing and completion reporting. This position supports our certification compliance efforts through production of accurate and timely reports, creation of compliant certificates and adherence to state rules and regulations. This position is Spanish Bilingual.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
This position will work remote in the United States preferrably in NV, UT, AZ or KS.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Daily PLE/CE electronic roster submissions compliant with state reporting rules and deadlines
Review/approve certificate requests and communicate/research additional resources needed, if any
Correct certificates and refile rejected submissions
Process, approve, and sign Ohio certificates
Manually notate Illinois classroom/virtual attendance and create certificates
Research/respond to Certification Services Inbox requests from Regulators, Compliance, Customers, Customer Service, and Sales
Assist Compliance in implementing regulatory changes
Pay state filing fees via corporate credit card and/or accounts payable
Complete monthly expense report for state processing & filing fees
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
Bilingual – Spanish/English required
Experience using MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word; Adobe Acrobat
Organized; able to prioritize
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal & external clients, including state regulatory agencies.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning & operating proprietary company applications (George, CS Tool, DTW, Compliance Tool)
Ability to work 9:30-6 CST shift
Must be available to work weekends as needed on a rotation basis
