About the Role
As a D365 CE Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will work closely with clients, development teams, and stakeholders to create scalable, efficient, and innovative CE architectures that meet business requirements and align with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive D365 CE solution architectures
- Analyze client business processes and translate requirements into solutions
- Lead the technical design and implementation of D365 CE projects
- Provide expert guidance on D365 CE capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Create and maintain solution documentation, including technical specifications and architectural diagrams
- Identify integration requirements and design appropriate solutions
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft's architectural standards and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 CE features, updates, and industry trends
About You
- 5+ years of experience in D365 CE implementation and architecture
- Strong understanding of D365 CE data model, business logic, and customization capabilities
- Expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience with data migration, integration, and security within D365 CE
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft certifications related to D365 CE and Power Platform
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with complementary Microsoft technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Azure AD)
- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and web services integration
