The Role:

Modern Health is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. The role reports into our Manager of Data Analytics and will work cross-functionally with our Go-To-Market (GTM), Clinical Strategy, and Finance teams as an embedded partner for all things data. This role is eligible for remote work within the USA, excluding Hawaii.

In this role, you will:

  1. Own and expand client-facing reporting to help our customers understand the clinical and business value of their investment in Modern Health
  2. Build and maintain the data foundation that powers our analytics — including dbt models, metric definitions, and the pipelines that keep our data reliable
  3. Support our clinical analytics workstreams, including outcomes reporting, ROI analyses, and compliance-related data work
  4. Partner with stakeholders across Clinical Strategy, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to surface insights, build reliable reporting, and help the organization make better data-driven decisions

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. Depending on the scope of the role, some ranges are indicative of On Target Earnings (OTE) and includes both base pay and commission at 100% achievement of established targets.
