The Opportunity
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation where data sits at the heart of decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern, cloud-based data environment, helping to turn complex data into meaningful insight that drives business performance.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how data, automation, and AI are used across the business—working with cutting-edge tools including Power BI and Microsoft Co-pilot technologies. This is more than a reporting role; it’s an opportunity to build scalable data products, improve processes, and influence how a modern wealth management firm leverages data.
What You Will Be Doing
Analysing and transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insight to support decision-making
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI
Improving data quality through cleansing, validation, and robust processes
Automating manual tasks using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and low-code solutions
Managing and supporting data flows across systems, including API integrations
Investigating and resolving data issues to ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Supporting ongoing data transformation initiatives, including changes to systems and processes
Leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g. Co-pilot) to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery
Driving continuous improvement in data practices, controls, and governance
About You
Proven experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role
Experience working with financial services or wealth management data
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Power BI
Experience using Microsoft Power Platform to build dashboards, automations, or applications
Strong understanding of data quality, data modelling, and governance principles
Able to translate complex data into clear insight for non-technical stakeholders
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
A proactive problem-solver with a track record of improving processes and efficiency
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working across both technical and business teams
Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to adopt new tools and approaches
