Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
Verify information for accuracy and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Organize and maintain electronic records and digital files.
Perform routine data quality checks and generate basic reports as requested.
Assist with document processing, file management, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and support workflow improvements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical work preferred.
Typing speed of 45+ WPM with strong accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and basic database systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
