Position Overview

This role is essential for ensuring that incoming test documents are accurately scanned, uploaded, and prepared for electronic grading. Key Responsibilities
- Document Reception & Preparation: Receive physical test papers and related documents from various sources, verify completeness, and organize them for scanning.
- Scanning & Quality Assurance: Operate high‑speed scanners, adjust settings for optimal image quality, and perform routine checks to ensure legibility and compliance with internal standards.
- Electronic Upload: Upload scanned files into the designated learning management or grading system, correctly naming and tagging each file for seamless retrieval.
- Data Verification: Cross‑check uploaded files against original documents to confirm that no pages are missing or duplicated.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow clerks, supervisors, and IT support staff to resolve any technical issues that arise during the scanning process.
- Attendance & Punctuality: Maintain reliable attendance, adhering to the scheduled shift of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
