The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our company's information.Key Responsibilities:- Input and update data into various systems and databases- Verify accuracy and completeness of data- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files- Communicate with team members to resolve any data issues- Follow data entry procedures and policies to ensure consistency and accuracy- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information- Other administrative tasks as assignedQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred- Proficient typing skills (at least 50 words per minute)- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software- Familiarity with construction industry terminology is a plusContract Details:This is a full-time, permanent remote position. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
