Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Database & Systems Administrator. The role involves managing and maintaining the organization’s databases, platforms, and systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing system administration tasks, troubleshooting issues, supporting users, building reports and lists, and interacting with investors and other 3rd parties.
The administrator will also be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to systems and workloads, conducting regular audits and data management, and collaborating with teams to satisfy operational and business needs.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Salesforce Object modeling, reporting, and administration required.
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting and Technical Support to promptly resolve system or user issues as needed.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or 4 years of experience working within fast-paced organizations.
• Financial services or venture capital background a plus.
