Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven independent contractor to serve as a Technical Consultant. This is a fully remote engagement that requires an individual with strong client relationship skills, system-driven expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
What You Will Do
Leads all aspects of the implementation project as a “client-side” resource, manages day-to-day project tasks for a client’s successful payroll transition, configures workflows to optimize system buildout, and provides custom system training for clients.

Requirements
- 5-8 years’ experience in a high-volume, client-facing, implementation role with vendor or consulting organization
- Expert knowledge of at least one module within Dayforce, including extensive payroll knowledge and implementation experience
- Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations
- Prior experience owning and leading multiple projects
- Experienced in Time & Attendance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
