About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactiveSystems Administrator to manage and support key platforms critical to ourconstruction and procurement operations.
This role will focus on maintaining andoptimizing the use of the following systems:
·EstimateOne –Tender management
·ProcurePro –Procurement coordination
- Viewpoint Teams –Document control and collaboration This is a pivotal role for ensuring thesmooth operation, user support, and continuous improvement of our digital toolsacross project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as theprimary administrator for EstimateOne, ProcurePro, and Viewpoint Teams.
- Manage useraccess, permissions, and system configurations for each platform.
- Providefirst-line support and troubleshooting for system users.
- Coordinate withsoftware vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure dataaccuracy, integrity, and regular backups across platforms.
- Monitor systemperformance and implement best practices for efficiency and security.
- Develop andmaintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Conductonboarding and training sessions for new users.
- Identify andrecommend improvements to workflows and system usage.
- Supportintegration efforts between platforms (if applicable).
Requirements
- Proven experienceas a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT support/operations role.
- Familiarity withconstruction management or project delivery platforms is highly desirable.
- Strongunderstanding of cloud-based SaaS platforms and user administration.
- Excellentproblem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills for user training and support.
- Ability to workindependently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with EstimateOne,ProcurePro, or Viewpoint Teams (preferred but not mandatory).
- Understanding ofconstruction industry workflows and documentation processes.
