Essential skills
- Professional experience (5+ years) in Scrum Master and/or Delivery Lead roles;- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitation of ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective) and impediment removal;- Experience with Azure DevOps, managing delivery planning, backlog, releases and reports.- Good knowledge of Data Engineering, integrations, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD and DevOps practices.- Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risks and coordinate cross-functional teams.- Professional English.
