As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of logistics and customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to resolve issues and provide support * Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a seamless experience * Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction * Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers * Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer concerns * Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues * Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best customer outcome * Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer * Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule **A Day in the Life** You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You'll inform our delivery partners when a customer needs to reschedule a delivery and work to resolve delivery issues straight away, ensuring our customers receive a great experience every time. **Operating at the Heart of arenaflex's Logistics** You'll develop logistical and customer expertise that sets arenaflex apart. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
