This is a REMOTE role with up to 75% required travel. Applicants must reside in the United States to be eligible for consideration.

The organization is thriving and looking for top talent to join the technical team. They need you, a skilled Desktop Support Analyst, to join the team and help take on some exciting upcoming projects!
What you get to do:
• Deliver technical support to end-users for all computer software and hardware-related issues
• Play a critical role in refreshing computer laptops for a new system deployment to the cloud
• Perform diagnostics testing to remediate technical issues
• Install, modify, and repair computer software and hardware
Qualifications
What you need to succeed:
• 5+ years of Tier 1 desktop support experience
• Proven ability to create and install computer images with the capacity to image multiple computers simultaneously
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking
• Microsoft PC troubleshooting skills
