DGX Success Manager (AI Workforce Program)

We are looking for a DGX Success Manager (Case Worker) to support participants through our AI Workforce Foundations program. This role ensures participants not only complete training, but also actually understand, apply, and benefit from AI tools in real life. You will be the bridge between: training technology and real human outcomes. Support participants during and after training (up to 90 days) Answer questions and provide guidance on AI tools and platforms Help participants stay engaged and complete the program Track participant progress and outcomes Assist with onboarding and basic technical support Communicate regularly with participants via email, chat, or phone Identify gaps and suggest improvements to the program Ideal Candidate Strong communication and people skills Experience in customer support, case management, or program coordination Comfortable learning and explaining new technology (AI tools, digital platforms) Organized and detail-oriented Self-starter who can operate in a fast-moving startup environment Passion for helping people improve their lives through technology Bonus (Not Required) Experience with workforce programs (WIOA, One Stop, etc.) Experience with CRM systems or participant tracking Background in education, social services, or community work Compensation Part-time / contract to start Competitive hourly or per-cohort compensation (based on experience) Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as programs scale Why Join DGX Be part of a mission-driven company focused on real impact Work directly on programs helping underserved communities access AI Help shape a new workforce model at the ground level Grow with a company building something big How to Apply Apply through Indeed or send your resume to: [email protected] Pay: From $25.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
