Job Summary Looking for a digital graphic designer to join the Chevin team - an ambitious and multi-disciplinary B2B designer with a proven record of owning the creative process end-to-end and delivering quality content across multiple marketing channels aimed at audiences across our regions. An ambitious and multi-disciplinary B2B designer with a proven record of owning the creative process end-to-end and delivering quality content across multiple marketing channels aimed at audiences across our regions. You’ll be responsible for designing and producing high quality graphics, motion assets and video content across a full marketing mix, supporting brand development, campaign execution and product storytelling. You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, sales and with external agencies. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who’s confident working independently, comfortable switching between design and video and is excited to contribute to a B2B SaaS brand with plenty of room to grow. Responsibilities Graphic design Create visually engaging designs for digital campaigns, landing pages, social content – paid and organic, email, blog assets, brochures, infographics and sales collateral, complementing brand or product messaging where necessary Design materials that support our product features, including UI mock-ups, feature visuals, diagrams and product imagery Regularly review and update the website imagery/animations and work with external teams to continually improve website design for a modern user experience Own and expand the brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across channels Build templates and reusable design systems to improve team efficiency Design and test email templates for different use cases Work with internal team to create content for promotional advertising based on requirements e.g. emails, banner ads Develop larger pieces of interactive content e.g. calculators/quizzes, with support from agencies as required Occasionally produce designs for physical items such as event materials or branded merchandise Video & Motion Work with marketing team to create engaging video content to help promote products and features, from storyboarding to script support, editing, sound design and delivery. Work with the external videographer on shoot outcomes and use footage in other video builds Create motion graphics for product explainers, social media, event materials or for videographer content Brand & Collaboration Work with marketing team to concept and deliver creative ideas for campaigns Translate our software concepts into simple visual narratives Collaborate with product and sales teams to create effective enablement materials, including pitch decks, one pagers and asset sheets Work with external agencies or videographers on content development and delivery Project ownership Manage workload with minimal oversight, ensuring deadlines are planned for and met Review performance of creative assets with marketing team and apply learnings for future work Maintain organised asset libraries and version-controlled files Technical Experience & Capabilities Essential 3+ years’ experience in graphic design, video production and/or motion production Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video work, ideally within B2B SaaS environments Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud Confident in storytelling through video, with solid editing skills Ability to translate technical/product content into clear, engaging visuals Experience tailoring designs to different marketing channels e.g. resizing, copy restrictions. Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills Comfortable working independently in a small team Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Experience using a CMS (ideally WordPress) to alter website pages Comfortable designing website and email layouts using a combination of ‘no-code’ software combined with some HTML and CSS. Desirable Experience with automation software and email marketing platforms (ideally Pardot/SalesForce) Experience with Fleet Management Software solutions, telematics, logistics or other automotive sector Familiarity with designing to UI/UX fundamentals Experience capturing video digitally Understanding of where design supports SEO, paid campaigns and digital performance What we offer?
