Summary
TFB is a B2B technology provider for retail brokers and hedge funds, seeking a results-driven full-time Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and search initiatives across our product portfolio, including a new SaaS project.
This role will be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, and potentially Google), while also driving SEO and SEM strategies to support scalable growth in a B2B environment.
The Role
You will help shape and execute TFB’s B2B digital marketing strategy, owning campaign implementation, optimisation, and performance reporting across key channels.
Your primary focus will be on LinkedIn and Meta advertising, alongside SEO and SEM initiatives, ensuring alignment between paid and organic strategies to maximise lead generation and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads;
• Own SEM strategy and execution, including campaign structure, keyword planning, bidding strategies, and performance optimisation;
• Develop and manage SEO strategy, covering both content and technical SEO initiatives;
• Create SEO content briefs aligned with keyword research, search intent, and business goals to support content production;
• Prepare technical SEO briefs (site structure, indexing, on-page improvements, performance issues) and collaborate with developers for implementation;
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and SEO performance using relevant tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, ad platforms);
• Act as a strategic partner/consultant, contributing to the overall digital marketing strategy and identifying growth opportunities;
• Enhance and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta;
• Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) experiments;
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimise spend, improve performance, and scale campaigns efficiently;
• Ensure alignment between paid media, SEO, and broader marketing initiatives to drive consistent messaging and results.
Requirements:
SaaS experience.
Tools for Brokers operates in the niche B2B market, covering financial, e.g. Forex market. It has its specifics and regulations in terms of performance marketing implementation using LinkedIn, Meta, Google and other platforms. Hence, it’ll be a strong advantage of having experience in the same or similar regulated markets (such as crypto, alcohol, tobacco, etc.) to understand the requirements and execute the campaigns effectively. Experience in B2B will be a big plus too.
