Position Summary

United We Dream is seeking a Digital Organizer to join the Membership and Campaigns team. In this role, you will engage, recruit, and develop young people through digital organizing tools including email, SMS, and virtual trainings. You will help grow UWD’s membership, deepen member leadership, and support organizing campaigns that move people from online engagement to meaningful action in their communities.

The Digital Organizer manages the full digital communication cycle, including content creation, audience targeting, testing, execution, and performance tracking. This role works closely with organizers, campaign staff, and members across the country to build strong relationships, identify opportunities for engagement, and support the growth of UWD’s organizing programs.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, relationship builder, and project manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Deputy Director of Digital Organizing and requires occasional evening and weekend work. Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: $53,040-$73,440.00

As UWD is a remote-first workplace, this is a full-time, remote position. We have a preference to hire in states where we already have employees working from home - AZ, DC, CT, CA, FL, IL, MO, NJ, NM, NY, OK, NC and SC. Once UWD determines it is safe to do so, you may be required to travel occasionally to DC or elsewhere, for internal team meetings, retreats, and UWD events as required for your role.
