Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities
Engage with clients to learn about their travel interests, priorities, and vacation objectives
Research destinations, resorts, cruise itineraries, guided tours, and travel packages
Develop personalized travel suggestions based on client preferences and spending plans
Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and vacation experiences
Support clients through the planning, booking, and pre-travel process
Communicate through email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
Work with supplier partners to secure reservations and confirm travel arrangements
Review booking details, travel documents, and itinerary updates
Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel plans
Stay informed about industry developments, destination updates, and promotional opportunities
Deliver exceptional service while creating a positive client experience
Qualifications
Interest in customer service, hospitality, tourism, travel planning, sales, or consulting
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using web-based applications, email, and online communication tools
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
