Role Overview

The Director, Majors Customer Success Management will lead a high‑performing team of Majors Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who are responsible for the strategic stewardship of our largest, most complex enterprise accounts. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, Customer Success, you will drive business outcomes, nurture long‑term relationships, and ensure that our customers extract maximum value from careerzynith solutions.
