SystemsAccountants is partnering with a global consulting firm to place an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead commercial growth within their supply chain and retail/CPG practice.
About the Role
This is a revenue-generating leadership position. You'll own and grow a book of business by combining deep domain expertise with hands-on commercial execution. You'll shape how the firm goes to market in supply chain and retail/CPG, lead client pursuits from qualification through close, and serve as executive sponsor across your accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle for qualified leads within your domain
• Identify and convert expansion opportunities at existing client accounts
• Lead proposal development, SOW creation, and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with sellers and alliance leads on co-sell motions and partner-facing campaigns
• Translate delivery expertise into market-facing assets: frameworks, case studies, and client success stories
• Serve as executive sponsor for active engagements tied to your book of business
• Mentor consultants, build delivery frameworks, and develop bench strength within your practice
Qualifications
• Senior-level consulting experience with direct exposure to supply chain and retail/CPG clients
• EPM background required
• Proven track record of owning and growing a book of business
• Ability to credibly lead conversations with both supply chain and retail/CPG stakeholders
• Experience with proposal development, scoping, and commercial negotiations
Nice to Have
• Established relationships within retail or CPG organizations
• Experience building or developing a consulting team

• Compensation: Competitive base + performance-based bonus tied to revenue
