About the role
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to support and scale our go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience. This role will serve as a strategic partner to revenue leadership while also owning the systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable growth.
You will play a critical role in aligning teams, optimizing performance, and ensuring we operate with a unified view of the customer lifecycle. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.
What you'll do
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX leadership to drive alignment across the full revenue funnel
Own forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure visibility and predictability
Design and optimize end-to-end GTM processes (lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sale lifecycle)
Manage and evolve core revenue systems (CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, etc.)
Build dashboards and deliver actionable insights to support executive decision-making
Drive territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling
Identify and eliminate friction points across the customer journey
Support strategic initiatives, including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions
Ensure data integrity, governance, and operational rigor across all systems
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field
Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market models and metrics (ARR, pipeline, conversion rates, etc.)
Proven experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success teams
Advanced experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and reporting tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with marketing automation and customer success platforms is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

The salary range for this position is $160,000-$180,000 per year. This position may also be eligible for variable compensation, which will be discussed during the recruitment process. Final compensation within the range will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
