We’re looking for a technology alliance owner to scale our largest strategic partnership through long-term planning and disciplined execution. You’ll own the day-to-day and strategic relationship with Snowflake, converting proven product-market fit into pipeline, GTM connectivity, and revenue.
This is a highly cross-functional role. Reporting into Sales, it sits at the center of GTM, Channel, Product, Support, Services, and Enablement. It’s built for a builder — someone who creates structure, drives follow-through, and can establish Semarchy as a trusted part of Snowflake’s field motion. Snowflake is the primary focus, and you may also work with other technology partners as the ecosystem grows.

What You'll Bring
7+ years in strategic alliances, cloud partnerships, or partner ecosystem roles in tech.
Proven success in one or more of: Snowflake, hyperscaler or cloud alliances, or Marketplace motions.
Experience coordinating with services and delivery partners in enterprise accounts.
A strong understanding of enterprise software deals.
Comfort working across GTM, technology, and executive relationships.
Strong program management skills and high agency — you’re driven to get things done.
Elite communication and interpersonal skills.
Alliance Pipeline Development & GTM Execution
Build trusted relationships across the Snowflake GTM organization
Manage and track AE-to-AE mapping across all partner opportunities
Efficiently route the flow of leads from Snowflake referrals, SI partners, etc
Direct deals with an understanding of Snowflake incentives and Marketplace
Field Enablement & Activation
Identify opportunities to improve enablement/training and assets to support GTM
Coordinate delivery with Semarchy and Snowflake enablement, marketing teams
Execute a ‘field plan’ around local events, trade shows to build partnered pipeline
Plan marketing initiatives between Semarchy Marketing and Snowflake GTM
Webinars & Joint campaign opportunities
Marketing assets (case studies, white papers, ebooks, etc)
Cross-Functional Alignment
Ensure that Snowflake and Semarchy owners are connected to facilitate:
Product Management
roadmap discussions
technical alignment
advanced configuration conversations
Support & Professional Services
pre/post sales support and escalation paths
joint problem resolution
Strategic Alignment
Ensure the identification of and connection with beneficial Snowflake executives
Own review of pipeline, revenue/channel performance with Semarchy Leadership
Identify opportunities to increase the profile of the Semarchy partnership

For those applicants in the CA, CO and NYC area, the salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 base plus variable incentive, with on-target earnings of approximately $300,000. The salary offered will be based on experience, role, and location.
