This is a senior operations leadership role with real autonomy and visibility in a small, high-impact market. The right candidate will bring strong multi-site management experience, a proactive operating style, and the willingness to be on-site when issues arise, especially during high-pressure situations and winter weather events. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations across a 1,000+ unit, multi-property multifamily portfolio in Williston, ND
• Lead, coach, and hold property-level leaders accountable for occupancy, resident experience, and operational execution
• Own portfolio financial performance including budgeting, variance awareness, and performance reporting
• Respond to property-level emergencies and operational issues with a hands-on, in-the-field leadership approach
• Partner with senior leadership on market strategy, staffing plans, and operational priorities across the region
Qualifications
• t4+ years of multifamily property management experience, with multi-site oversight strongly preferred
• Experience overseeing 500+ units in aggregate (multi-property portfolio or a single large community)
• Proven ability to lead teams of 6+ direct and indirect reports across operations, leasing, and maintenance
• Strong operational judgment and a proactive, solutions-first management style
• Based in Williston, ND area or willing to relocate and operate within a reasonable commute radius

• Total compensation range of $108,000 to $144,000 (base plus bonus potential), with base salary up to $120,000 and bonus potential up to 20% paid twice per year
