Title: Maintenance Division Order Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 9 Months Contract
Position Summary:
On a daily basis, the Maintenance Division Order Analyst primarily focuses on handling landowner requests and cases processing transfers of interests and general maintenance of divisions of interest.
Ongoing updates, maintenance, and transfer of interests
Ownership changes, correcting title defects, updating databases, tracking suspended accounts
Managing landowner requests and cases (some interaction with landowners via email may be needed at times)
Collaborate with other internal teams as ne needed to resolve landowner issues
Maintain accuracy and continuity of existing DOI records, prevent errors, ensure legal compliance
Ensure revenue continues to flow correctly, ownership changes are documented and executed, and compliance issues are managed
Required Skills/Experience:
Associate's degree in business administration, communications, legal studies or a related field
4 years’ minimum experience as a Division Order Analyst, with specific experience in the area of DO maintenance
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be accepted
Proficient with Microsoft Excel required
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy, error prevention and legal compliance
Ability to work independently and manage one's own work priorities while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines and goals
Generally tech savvy with the ability to learn new technologies easily and comfortable working in a highly digital environment
Quorum experience highly preferred
Salesforce experience a plus
