About the Role
Join GP Strategies’ Revenue Operations (RevOps) Software Development team and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market technology landscape.
As a Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Developer, you’ll design, build, and optimize solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform ecosystem. This role blends functional expertise with hands-on development, giving you the opportunity to deliver high-impact solutions that directly support business growth.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and continuously enhance our CRM capabilities.
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales applications (UCI, security roles, data models)
Build integrations with Microsoft tools and third-party applications
Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and deployment processes
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution roadmaps
Create clear technical documentation and user guides
Present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ensure best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement in development
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft Power Platform
Strong skills in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
Experience with Power Pages (Portals)
Solid understanding of business processes and automation
Strong communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)
Experience with ALM, version control, and change management tools
Preferred:
JavaScript for client-side customization
Power BI for reporting and analytics
SharePoint integration or development experience
Background in business analysis or project management
Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, MB-210)
