E-Commerce Coach at Highticket.io

As a Coach at HighTicket.io, you will guide students through building and scaling their e-commerce stores, from product research and supplier outreach to advertising and optimization. You will host live coaching calls, provide one-on-one feedback, and help troubleshoot student challenges in real time. This role functions similarly to a Customer Success Manager. You will own student progress and outcomes, staying actively involved throughout their journey. You will be instrumental in helping students hit key milestones: launching their store, securing authorized suppliers, running profitable ad campaigns, and achieving consistent sales growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead live coaching sessions (group or individual) focused on store building, marketing, and growth strategy • Review student stores, ads, and metrics to provide actionable feedback • Help students refine their product selection, pricing, and offer positioning • Provide guidance on supplier outreach, branding, and store optimization • Assist students in understanding and improving their Google Ads campaigns (if applicable) • Be active on Slack throughout the day to support students in real time • Join and lead live calls regularly, and be available for ad hoc student support • Collaborate with the HighTicket.io team to improve coaching frameworks, resources, and curriculum • Maintain high engagement and satisfaction within your assigned student groups Role Expectations • This is a full-time role requiring daily availability during working hours • You are expected to be responsive on Slack throughout the day • You will regularly lead live calls and be available for unscheduled student support • This is not a side role. Candidates should not be actively running an agency, managing external clients, or otherwise engaged in commitments that would limit their responsiveness and availability Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience (Shopify or equivalent platform) • Proven track record of generating sales and scaling profitable stores • Strong understanding of core e-commerce principles: product validation, supplier relationships, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization • Excellent communication and teaching skills, able to simplify complex topics for beginners • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to see others succeed Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, or Performance Max) • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads • Prior coaching, mentoring, or training experience • Comfortable using Slack, Zoom, and project management tools Why Join HighTicket.io • Fast-growing, mission-driven company transforming the e-commerce education space • Work alongside an ambitious, supportive team of entrepreneurs and educators • Make a direct impact on student success stories • Remote role with structured availability during working hours • Growth opportunities within the organization Compensation This is a full-time position. Compensation ranges from $4,000 to $8,000 per month.
