E-Commerce Operator Opportunity (Automotive Aftermarket)

Apply Now
COMING SOON: E-Commerce Operator Opportunity (Automotive Aftermarket) I’m looking to onboard a partner with a high-level e-commerce operator to take over and scale the online side of my brand, Midwest Tread. We’ve built a strong in-person business (wheels, tires, lift kits, accessories), but the e-commerce side is underdeveloped and ready for the right person to take control and grow. This is NOT a traditional job — it’s a performance-based operator role with real upside. What’s in place: • Established brand (Midwest Tread) • Supplier relationships + product access • Existing website, foundation and automation • Proven in-person sales model What you would control: • Marketing (Meta / Google / funnels/ Socail) • Pricing strategy • Product mix + growth strategy • Day-to-day e-commerce operations Structure (designed for serious operators): • Performance-based profit share (majority to operator) • Modest monthly platform fee based on profit share • Operator-funded ad budget (you control and scale it) • Small Initial commitment capital required (aligned, structured, and fully refundable based on performance milestones) What I’m looking for: • Proven experience scaling an e-commerce/Social media brand • Strong understanding of paid ads + conversion • Data-driven operator who knows their numbers and works off of data • Ideally automotive aftermarket experience (not required) Bigger vision: This is phase one. The goal is to build a scalable model that expands into regional brands (Southern / East Coast / West Coast Tread) with the right operators. Run one or run all. If you’re someone who wants real control, real upside, and to build something meaningful — let’s talk. I’m starting conversations now while finalizing the rollout. — Matt Yockey Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
