Job Description:
• Responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs for Supply Chain Management (SCM) team members and customers including clinicians.
• Create high-quality onboarding and education materials.
• Manage the logistics of training delivery, overseeing the completion of training programs.
• Track training compliance and outcomes.
• Ensure effective communication of training materials with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to create and update training materials.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing education sessions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4 years in education, change management, and/or previous experience in training and development, preferably within a supply chain, or healthcare environment.
• Excellent instructional design and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze training data and draw actionable insights.
