Elite Federal Grant Writer for Deep-Tech Spatial Computing

Apply Now
Context & Current State: We are a category-creating spatial computing platform that translates human kinetics into universal digital inputs. We have bypassed the need for VR headsets through a proprietary "Movement-as-Interface" model. Our engineering team is currently bandwidth-constrained executing our Phase 1 commercial rollout. However, we have a highly robust, comprehensive data room already prepared. This includes our Master Narrative, ML Development Roadmap, and detailed engineering updates (e.g., our proprietary AI achieving sub-100ms inference latency). The Mandate: We are not looking for a writer to invent our technical narrative or conduct endless discovery interviews with our CTO. We require an Expert-Vetted federal grant writer capable of asynchronous synthesis. Your mandate is to consume our existing data room, map our capabilities to immediate federal solicitations, and draft compliant, highly competitive proposals with minimal hand-holding. Immediate Deliverables: We are targeting two specific, time-sensitive funding windows: 1.NSF Seed Fund (Project Pitch & Phase I): The NSF is resuming Project Pitch submissions in May 2026. We require a highly targeted 1,500-word Project Pitch submitted immediately upon portal reopening. You will target the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human-Computer Interaction (HC) topics, explicitly framing our edge-computed AI as "high-risk, unproven R&D". 2. SBIR: We are targeting an opportunity which closes the first week of June 2026. You must align our technology with stated requirements. Required Expertise: • Proven track record of securing $1M+ in non-dilutive federal funding. • Ability to independently synthesize complex ML architectures and latency metrics into the strict evaluation criteria of federal reviewers (e.g., NSF's Intellectual Merit and Commercial Potential frameworks). • Deep understanding of federal compliance, specifically navigating the transition from commercial dual-use tech into non-commercial applications.
