## Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for organizations wanting to learn more about Ethereum in the region.
Network Coordination: Connect relevant stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ecosystem growth.
Strategic Communication: Effectively communicate our organization's mission, goals, and initiatives to external stakeholders.
Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities that align with ecosystem objectives.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners, community members, and industry organizations.
Ecosystem Mapping: Maintain knowledge of key players, projects, and initiatives across the Ethereum landscape.
Progress Tracking: Consistently document relationship development and maintain stakeholder information.
Event Coordination: Represent the Ethereum Foundation at industry events and coordinate participation in key ecosystem initiatives.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in Ethereum community discussions and identify opportunities for collaboration.
## Requirments
Experience: Professional experience (5+ years) in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management within Blockchain, Financial Services, or FinTech.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of institutional requirements, market dynamics and trends, and Ethereum’s ecosystem.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a talent for building authentic connections with senior executives.
Networking: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively; an existing network in your region is highly desirable.
Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for Ethereum and permission-less/open-source technologies.
