Entry Level Architectural Technician

As an Entry Level Architectural Technician, you will support teams on critical projects by producing architectural documentation and existing conditions assessments, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to our teams on critical projects
• Production of existing conditions plans and construction documents under the supervision of a Project Lead
• Travel to 3-4 stores monthly (primarily across FL with occasional overnight travel to states in the Southeast)
• Thorough field documentation of existing conditions
• Production of building and equipment plans

Skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to effectively work with internal architectural and engineering team
• Ability to work independently when given a set of instructions
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Based in Orlando, Florida area
• CAD Certification or Degree in Drafting & Design
• Degree in Architecture, Construction or Related Field
• Ability to lead a team of 1-2 support staff
