We are urgently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. We are hiring multiple candidates. Duties:

- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and provide assistance.
- Process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Utilize computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks.
- Provide support for sales initiatives by promoting products and services as needed.
Experience:
- Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will have an advantage in this role.
