**Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative**
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Completing Industry-Leading Training Program**: Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.
* **Outbound and Inbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to clients and potential clients to set appointments and provide product information, and respond to inbound calls from clients and potential clients who request products and services.
* **Utilizing the Zoom Platform**: Educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance to clients and potential clients using the Zoom platform.
* **Assisting Clients and Potential Clients**: Assist clients and potential clients to complete electronic applications and provide support throughout the sales process.
* **Attending Team Training**: Attend team training sessions twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
