As we continue expanding into new territories, we are looking for dedicated Benefits Representatives who are goal-oriented, professional, and eager to grow within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
Assist clients by providing clear information about available products and services
Answer questions regarding coverage options and account details
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Stay informed on evolving products, services, and benefit programs
Review client needs and help identify cost-effective coverage solutions
Follow company systems, training, and service standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Positive, professional attitude
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
