Seeking an Entry-Level Customer Success Representative to join our remote chat support team. If you excel at written communication and want to build your customer service career without handling phone calls, this position is perfect for you. Roles:You will handle incoming chat messages from customers across different client websites. Your day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information and resource links, and notifying customers about special offers and deals. Everything happens through text-based conversations, eliminating any need for phone communication or in-person meetings.
Rate:$35 per hour
Requirements:
Reliable device such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet paired with consistent internet access.
Proficiency in English writing to communicate clearly during chat interactions.
Skills and Background:
Prior experience in live chat support is not required to apply.
