Entry-Level Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

KBD Attorneys is a well-respected personal injury law firm committed to helping individuals and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. They are seeking an Entry-Level Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to help build and distribute high-quality, compliant content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and have opportunities for growth into senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently create and publish WordPress blog posts based on: News reports, Publicly available information, Internal firm content
• Use Jetpack or similar plugins to convert blog posts into social media deliverables
• Produce and schedule engaging posts for: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Snapchat, Other emerging channels
• Create short-form video content, captions, and visual assets
• Use modern AI tools to: Transform source material into first drafts, Generate graphics, social media posts, short videos, and blog content, Create a streamlined content pipeline from idea to the final asset
• Follow firm content guidelines, brand voice, and editing standards
• Ensure all content complies with: Professional conduct rules for attorney advertising, Privacy, accuracy, and ethics requirements
• Assist with posting and managing simple paid social ads, including boosted posts and lightweight campaigns

Skills

• Experience using WordPress
• Experience using Jetpack
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Nano or similar tools
• Experience using AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
• Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations (hallucinations, compliance issues, bias, etc.)
• Prior experience in a personal injury or other legal environment (a plus)
• Multilingual candidates strongly encouraged
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work independently
