**The Role**
As an Entry Level Phlebotomist/Medical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting plasma center operations. You will be responsible for:
* Answering phones, greeting and focusing on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team
* Screening new and repeat donors and taking and recording donor vital signs and finger stick results
* Using our Donor Information System, preparing donor charts, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating donor compensation
* Identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiating changes to center processes using company-approved procedures
* Working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to provide exceptional customer service to our donors
**What You Bring to arenaflex**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
* Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
* Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
* Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1)
* 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful

**Compensation and Benefits**
* U.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $16.00
* The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
* U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives.
* U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
* U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
