As a Customer Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while helping our customers with their inquiries and issues.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat software
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
