About the Role
The Data Entry Specialist role is a critical component of our operations, requiring a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough research and analysis to resolve eligibility discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
- Reviewing and correcting records to ensure consistency with Aetna's enrollment package records
- Managing shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
- Reconciling eligibility among systems and identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports
- Tracking and monitoring records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient resolutions
- Utilizing Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to perform tasks and generate reports
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in data research and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Working expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
