Skills
- Candidates must be licensed in California
- 2 to 8 years of substantive litigation experience (including taking depositions and/or arguing motions in court) in one or more of the following subject areas: CERCLA; RCRA; silica; talc & asbestos; nuisance & trespass; complex litigation; tort and products liability; general environmental and toxic tort
- Candidates must be team players with strong academic credentials
- Candidates must be self-starters who feel ready to handle cases with limited supervision
- Experience in high stakes litigation with cutting edge scientific issues
- Strong experience in litigation
