ATP connects vetted, experienced, context-relevant professionals to high-impact opportunities in energy access and sustainable development – strengthening local capacity and fuelling economic vitality. We specialize in fixed-term, deliverable-driven engagements – from interim leadership and generalist projects to niche technical expertise – handling project scoping, talent vetting and matching, contracting, payroll, and compliance so that our clients can focus on impact.
High-Level Overview
The client is seeking an E&S and Gender Monitoring Expert to support the development, validation, and implementation of environmental, social, gender, and ESMS frameworks in alignment with international climate finance standards. Reporting to the appointed internal representative (TBC), the role combines policy finalization, due diligence structuring, and ongoing fund-level monitoring across three climate-focused funds, while also establishing the approach and standards for E&S assessment across all future investments.
