Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Assist with email management and communication follow-up
Help build and organize client proposals using Qwilr
Learn and help maintain workflows, documentation, and systems inside Notion
Assist in creating and organizing marketing collateral and branded materials
Help manage and schedule social media content across platforms
Track projects, tasks, and action items to ensure follow-through
Organize digital files and operational processes
Assist with onboarding documents, SOPs, and internal systems
Support leadership with general administrative and operational tasks
Take meeting notes and assist with implementation of next steps
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently and manage priorities remotely
Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly
Positive attitude with a willingness to adapt and grow
Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Canva, or project management tools preferred
Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling is a plus
Previous administrative experience is helpful but not required
