Senior Executive Assistant (Real Estate) Location: Remote from Latin America Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Availability: Required during U.S. business hours (EST; flexibility during live deals) Engagement: Contractor Reports to: Founder / principal Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 USD per month (based on experience) About the Role We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant (Real Estate) to serve as a strategic right hand to executive leadership within a fast-paced U.S. self storage real estate investment platform. You will actively support real estate deals from opportunity through closing, while also assisting with development tracking, financial organization, and day-to-day operational execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in deal-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Acquisitions & Deal Execution Support end-to-end acquisition processes, from sourcing to closing Assist with underwriting and deal analysis Draft, submit, and track LOIs; manage PSAs and transaction documentation Coordinate due diligence (leases, permits, financials, inspections, legal docs) Support lender and loan documentation submissions Track deal timelines, approvals, and closing milestones Development & Construction Coordination Track development and construction budgets, milestones, and timelines Coordinate contractor bids, vendor outreach, and ongoing communications Maintain organized records related to development and construction activity Finance, Bookkeeping & Reporting Maintain accurate bookkeeping and expense tracking Prepare budget summaries and operational reports Support investor reporting by organizing financial and deal-related data Ensure financial documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date Executive Support & Operations Provide direct support to executive leadership (calendar, meetings, priorities) Track key initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables with proactive follow-up Maintain and improve systems for deal sourcing, tracking, documentation, and communication Conduct research and support ad hoc operational needs Stakeholder Coordination Act as a point of contact with brokers, attorneys, lenders, contractors, and investors Schedule meetings, manage communications, and follow up on open items Required Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in real estate, private equity, or investment operations. Strong organizational, follow-up, and execution skills Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Fluent English (written and spoken); familiarity with U.S. real estate timelines and documentation Nice to Have Experience across residential, commercial, multifamily, or self-storage assets Experience with U.S. real estate transactions (LOIs, PSAs, diligence, closings) is a strong plus. Experience coordinating development or construction-related workflows Familiarity with deal tracking, CRM, or project management tools Prior support of founders or senior investment leaders Why This Role Direct exposure to U.S. real estate deals from opportunity to closing High-trust, high-responsibility role within a lean investment team Opportunity to grow into Acquisitions Operations or Investment Support roles.
