Title: Executive Search Consultant – Construction & Infrastructure (360 Desk)

Location: Boston/Chicago is ideal, but open to Remote for top/senior billers
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base + uncapped commission (Up to 50%) + profit sharing

Their infrastructure and construction search division is actively expanding and seeking experienced full-desk (360) executive search professionals focused on construction and infrastructure markets.
Role Overview
• Run a full 360 desk across business development, recruiting, and account management
• Execute searches within construction, infrastructure, and engineering markets
• Recruit talent ranging from Project Managers and Superintendents through executive leadership
• Build long-term client and candidate relationships
• Partner with internal research and delivery resources to scale production
• Potential opportunity for leadership/player-coach responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
• 5–10+ years of executive search/direct hire recruiting experience with 2-3 most recent years in Construction, infrastructure, engineering, or technical recruiting
• Running a 360 desk (BD, Recruiting, Account Management). Candidates with Delivery/Recruiting only will not be a fit.
• Consistent annual production:
~$400K+ for emerging producers
~$500K+ for established recruiters
~$600K+ preferred for senior hires
