By automating work and transforming workflows, we're enabling construction professionals to improve productivity, quality, transparency, safety, sustainability, and deliver each project with confidence. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Account Manager, Customer-Mid Market - Structural to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating revenue by understanding and supporting the growth of our existing customer base. You'll find, develop, and close contracts for software subscriptions and consulting services from a variety of assigned customer accounts. Emphasis will be placed on managing customer relationships for growth as well as identifying and converting new sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver coverage and focus on key product offerings, including Cloud, HR Management, and Project management. * Gain access and meet with senior management and executive level decision makers in the defined target market. * Manage all aspects of the sales process; Monitor, analyze, and communicate sales data, via CRM software, to contribute to product/service planning. * Maintain the highest ethical standards in all aspects of your responsibilities - "do the right thing the right way" * Utilize the sales process and methodologies as adopted by arenaflex for the transition of a lead through each qualification stage to close. * Other activity as required by Director of Sales not explicitly defined in this job description **What Skills & Experience You Should Bring** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions. * A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of more than $500k. * Exemplary presentation and communication across all levels of an organization. * Advanced selling capability that showcases your commitment to strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and ability to close. * Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce.com **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior construction industry experience and/or SaaS sales within the construction industry. * Excellent negotiating and closing skills with customers/prospects as well as with internal resources **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: $175k +/- OTE * Comprehensive core benefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Time off plans, and retirement plans. * Most of our businesses also offer tax savings plans for health, dependent care, and commuter expenses as well as Paid Parental Leave and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
