**Job Summary**
As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and development in the 3P market in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll be responsible for studying product selection gaps and executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and client base.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Growing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and usually monitoring competitor efforts.
* Figuring out, prospecting, and obtaining high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
* Guiding dealers through sharing best-practices of online selling, consisting of statistics-driven insights that help dealers obtain high requirements of delivery, customer enjoyment & business objectives.
* Taking part with and influencing some of internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
**Primary Qualifications**
* A Bachelor's degree is required.
* Perfect applicants should own 1 to 3 years of a success enterprise elegance sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, generation, retail, FMCG industries.
* Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative & solutions-focused process.
* Enjoy promoting nascent merchandise/offering into new markets is strongly favored.
* Advanced conversation and presentation abilities, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very enthusiastic about success and winning.
* Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with sturdy written and oral communication talents.
* Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative abilities.
* At ease with complex economic data. Polished communication abilities - talking, writing, imparting and negotiating.
* Ability to suppose and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment cozy with “hands-on” management of responsibilities, and demonstrated potential to manage more than one, competing priorities concurrently.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years e-commerce revel in is a plus.
* Three+ years of revel in in purchaser electronics quarter is a plus.
* Three+ years direct sales enjoy is a plus.
