Our team is built on a foundation of trust, collaboration, and a relentless focus on customer success. **The Role** As an Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, developing an understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. You will work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. Your primary goal will be to plan for and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. * Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing goals. * Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Build an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. * Ability to travel 20% of the time. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. * Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. * Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms. * Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth. * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. * Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop forward-thinking, data-driven recommendations. * Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As an Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about helping businesses grow.
