Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it. **Key Responsibilities** As an Account Strategist, you'll be responsible for: * Building and managing relationships with clients, and developing an in-depth understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Working proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. * Planning for, and achieving, growth goals, through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing goals. * Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Building an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * At least 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. * Ability to travel 20% of the time. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience in the following areas will be highly valued: * Strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. * Working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. * Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms. * Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth. * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. * Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing goals and success metrics. * Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. * Strong presentation and storytelling skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As an Account Strategist at arenaflex, you'll have access to: * Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company. * Flexible work arrangements and a competitive compensation package. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. As an Account Strategist, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about helping businesses succeed and making a positive impact in our communities. **Compensation and Benefits** The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits included. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
